Under the care of experienced practitioner Cian Ó Conchúir, the clinic offers a range of treatments including Physiotherapy, Physical & Beauty Therapies and Massage.

Of course, the seaweed bath is the perfect complement to any treatment. Sólás na Mara is unique to the region in offering seaweed baths and freshly piped and warmed seawater. The seawater is taken into the facility during the high tide, is gently filtered to purify the water, and flows into your bathtub as beautifully warm, fresh seawater. Seaweed Baths have been recognised in Ireland for over a hundred years as an ideal way to help the body recover. A nutrient rich bath helps the body absorb the benefits of seaweed, rich in naturally occurring iodine, calcium, magnesium, vitamins E and F, that leaves your body feeling cleansed, refreshed and energised.

The organic seaweed for our baths is harvested locally, and prepared and treated onsite to ensure freshness, cleanliness, and the highest of quality.
