Welcome to Sólás na Mara. By booking or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Bookings and Appointments

  • All appointments must be booked in advance, either online, by phone, or in person.

  • A confirmation email will be sent once your booking is complete.

  • Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled time. Late arrival may shorten your treatment.

  • Treatments are available to individuals aged 16 and over. Those under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

2. Cancellations and Changes

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will be fully refunded.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment are non-refundable.

  • If you need to reschedule, we’ll do our best to accommodate, subject to availability.

3. Gift Vouchers

  • Gift vouchers are valid for 5 years from the date of purchase.

  • They are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced.

  • Vouchers must be presented at the time of booking or treatment.

4. Use of Facilities and Services

  • Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries before your treatment begins.

  • Pregnant clients should consult a doctor before booking a seaweed bath or therapy treatment.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe a treatment may not be suitable for you.

  • Please respect the calm, shared environment for all guests.

5. Health and Safety

  • Our seaweed baths use fresh, filtered seawater and locally harvested organic seaweed.

  • Clients use all facilities at their own risk.

  • For your safety, please follow all staff guidance while on site.

6. Liability

  • Sólás na Mara is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings.

  • We are not liable for any injury or health issues that arise from failure to disclose medical conditions or not following staff instructions.

7. Privacy Policy

  • Personal information collected through our website or in person is kept confidential and used only for the purpose of booking and customer communication.

  • We do not share your information with third parties.

8. Changes to Terms

  • We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
